Paul Bryant is the founding partner of Agape Realty Advisors, Inc. and has been actively involved in construction, financing, property management, leasing, and sales of commercial real estate for over 34 years. He has owned several of his own companies and has also worked for several local and regional full-service real estate development companies, overseeing both the management and brokerage divisions. Paul is a licensed real estate Broker in Delaware and Maryland and represents landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers in the leasing and investment sales and acquisitions of apartments, office, medical, industrial, and retail properties. Paul resides in Wilmington with his wife and has two children.

A native to Delaware and University of Delaware Graduate Zach was Raised in New Castle County, Zach spent the majority of his life in New Castle County and enjoying summers in Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. After graduating from St. Marks, he met his wife while studying Economics at the University of Delaware. After living in coastal Delaware for several years; he has recently settled down in New Castle County with his wife & two children. Zach has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, where he helped facilitate the opening of several locations for a regional brewery and was Director of Operations for a restaurant group at the beach where he oversaw 2 locations and was instrumental in opening of a 3rd location. Throughout his career he has developed a love for meeting and working with new clients from all over the area. Zach started his career in residential real estate with Jack Lingo prior to finding that he had a passion for commercial real estate. After returning to New Castle County 5 years ago; Zach successfully started his commercial real estate career at a smaller brokerage and is eager to bring his knowledge and expertise to Agape Realty Advisors

Paul has resided in Wilmington since a young child, spending his entire early grade and high school educational years at the same local school and he went on to graduate from the University of Delaware. His children attended local public schools and both children and his wife received undergraduate and master degrees from UD. He has spent his entire professional career working predominantly in the State of DE for local and national clients, forging deep and long lasting relationships within his client base as well as with many friends and businesses in the local community. He has served on many local non-profit boards with a desire to give back and serve others.
