Paul Bryant | CEO

Paul Bryant is the founding partner of Agape Realty Advisors, Inc. and has been actively involved in construction, financing, property management, leasing, and sales of commercial real estate for over 34 years. He has owned several of his own companies and has also worked for several local and regional full-service real estate development companies, overseeing both the management and brokerage divisions. Paul is a licensed real estate Broker in Delaware and represents landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers in the leasing and investment sales and acquisitions of apartments, office, medical, industrial, and retail properties. Paul resides in Wilmington with his wife and has two children.

Wilmington Community

Paul has resided in Wilmington since a young child, spending his entire early grade and high school educational years at the same local school and he went on to graduate from the University of Delaware. His children attended local public schools and both children and his wife received undergraduate and master degrees from UD. He has spent his entire professional career working predominantly in the State of DE for local and national clients, forging deep and long lasting relationships within his client base as well as with many friends and businesses in the local community. He has served on many local non-profit boards with a desire to give back and serve others.
